Tony Webster

I moved to Alaska in 1971 and grew up in Anchorage, with an amazing childhood spent traveling across the state camping, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. I have raised my four children here and have chosen to make Alaska my forever home. I like that Anchorage is a large city with a small town feel.

My family owns and operates a small distribution company servicing a majority of the state. One thing my father always told me was that customer service was the key to a successful business and keeping customers coming back.

My wife and I enjoy working out together at the gym, exploring new food & restaurant options in Anchorage, and the occasional trip to Hawaii for an aloha sunset. However, my heart and home will always be in Anchorage, and I’m excited to work hard to help you plant yours here, too.

I was born in Palmer, Alaska, about an hour north of Anchorage, where my family owned a small farm close to the Knik River, a few miles from “The Butte” in the (semi-)famous Matanuska Valley, home to world class cabbage and potatoes. My grandparents were dairy farmers from Wisconsin who moved to the area in 1935 as homesteaders, part of a Depression era land grant program to incentivize folks in the lower 48 to head north and find new beginnings. Growing up on a farm, I learned very early in life the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what I say I am going to do, and making every effort to finish the job before calling it a day.

The work ethic my parents and grandparents taught me has served me well in my real estate career. I began my career as a full time Realtor in Anchorage 35 years ago, in 1983, and for the past 20 or so years have consistently been one of the top producing real estate professionals in Anchorage, in the top 1 percent of local real estate agents in all price ranges, measured by the number of housing units sold annually; on average my team and I sell about 12 homes per month. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and have completed specific classes to better assist buyers and sellers. Additionally, we are a preferred broker for transferring ConocoPhillips, BP, and Halliburton people and have helped many move both into and out of Anchorage. You can see by our resume that we are able to accommodate both buyers and sellers who need to get things done – and done right!

I am married to Kristi and have three children: my daughter, Corene, who lives in State College, Pennsylvania, with her husband and kids; my son, Ryan, who lives and works in NYC; and our youngest son, Cody, who recently graduated a gap year in Bible school and now is in his first year learning diesel mechanics at United Technical School (UTI) in Avondale, Arizona.

In addition to working hard, I believe it’s important to play; I have a wide range of hobbies, including skeet shooting, downhill skiing, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and photography. I am a reader of both fiction and non-fiction, and I start almost every day with a bike ride (traditional mountain biking in the summer, fat tire biking in the winter).

I look forward to meeting you and helping you however we can. Expect exceptional service!

I am a lifelong Alaskan, born at home on Huffman Road in Anchorage. I grew up fishing, camping, boating, snowboarding, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors in this place we’re so lucky to call home. My husband, Alex, and I have two busy sons, Austin & Colton. If they aren’t playing hockey you’ll find them by the water with fishing poles in hand!

My love for real estate has grown over the last 14 years as my husband and I have bought, remodeled, and sold several homes and properties. I love meeting new people and building strong relationships that carry on through the years. As your Realtor I bring honesty, energy, hard work, and creative service to ensure that you have the best experience possible. I can’t wait to meet you!

I grew up in the Seattle suburbs, followed by periods living in Mesa, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, and Kilauea and Honolulu, HI, before moving to Alaska in early 1992. I have had the great privilege to travel to some incredible places, including a year living in Doha, Qatar in 2014, but in all my travels I have found no place that compares to Alaska. My heart is here, and my love of Alaska and our community continues to grow each day. I have 3 adult children and three beautiful grandchildren. My oldest daughter lives in Phoenix, AZ, my son now lives in Irvine, CA (after 3 years of living in Stockholm Sweden), and my youngest daughter and her family are here in Anchorage. My experience as a journeyman carpenter, AutoCad designer, and construction project manager was a perfect background as I segued into real estate, which I’m lucky enough to say is my passion as well as my career. I received my real estate license in 2007, and my Associate Broker license in 2011. Through the years I’ve continued my education by obtaining my CRS, GRI, and E-Pro certifications. During my free time I enjoy traveling, mountain and snow biking, hiking, trail running, and yoga. It’s an honor to be on the Wolf Team, and I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals!

I am a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised in Anchorage. I attended the University of Idaho where I was part of the Pi Beta Phi sorority and participated in many charity events. I enjoyed campus life but rushed back home to Alaska as soon as I could. I currently reside in Eagle River, Alaska, where I find myself always close to the next adventure and my wonderful family.

I have a love of the great outdoors and a passion for adventure of all sorts. I grew up fishing, camping, flying, boating, and hiking and I still can’t seem to get enough. I also caught the travel bug at an early age, and it spiraled out of control from there. I have a dream to travel to every corner of the world that I can. When I’m not sneaking away to travel to the next new, exciting destination, I’m out exploring our beautiful state.

I have had a lifelong interest in real estate that developed into a passion after I bought and remodeled my first home, and then my second. That passion evolved into a career in real estate that I’m excited about every day. As your agent I promise to provide honesty, integrity, and dedication as we work together to accomplish your goals.
I look forward to working with you!
